Penny joined LRS Education Services in 1996 as an Education Consultant. Throughout her 25+ years working in the technology arena she’s done courseware development, web design, productivity, and technical training.

She began as a productivity instructor (Word, Excel, etc.) and has grown into a Technical Education Instructor holding multiple credentials, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Messaging (Microsoft Exchange), Cloud Platform and Infrastructure. Penny looks forward to sharing knowledge about the newest solutions including Microsoft 365 and Azure, CompTIA technical course offerings, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and project management.

Troy joined LRS Education Services as a Technical Education Consultant in 2007. He has worked in information technology and cybersecurity for more than 25 years, including network administration, systems engineering, team leadership, security design and assessment, courseware development, and classroom instruction.

Troy is a Certified NIST Cybersecurity Framework Professional Trainer and Cybersecurity Assessor. He is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer and holds multiple Microsoft and CompTIA certifications.

In addition, Troy is the author of three System Center Operations Manager courses for Microsoft Learning.

Finally, Troy conducts NIST Cybersecurity assessments and has authored and regularly updates NIST Cybersecurity Framework courses from LRS taught to students around the world from private companies, the United States military, and federal and state agencies.
